His + Hers Accessories
When it comes to gifts, Mike and I are all about the “sweater that fits us both.” For Mother’s Day, I conveniently received a Brookstone back massager, followed by an “Hey, can I try it out?” (HA!)
When Father’s Day came around I returned the favor by gifting him an accessory that I could borrow steal – the Frankie Watch by Jord Wood Watches.
Watches, to me, are more than accessories. They’re keepsakes, often passed down from father to son, and they’re a symbol of a time before iPhones, Twitter, and Instagram. (The good ol’ days…) I loved the watch, because it’s unique enough to be on-trend but its streamlined design is classic enough to stand the test of time.
I styled mine with a striped linen shirt and an easy pair of boyfriend jeans (my go-to weekend outfit these days) and Mike paired his with some baby rolls.
Sidenote: There is something so incredibly handsome about a man’s arms wrapped around a teeny baby! Or is it just me?
